Association of Ukrainian Women in Great Britain
The Association of Ukrainian Women in Great Britain (OUZ) was founded in 1948 and is an autonomous section of the Association of Ukrainians in GB, which actively works within the Ukrainian community and its local branches.
OUZ supports cultural, educational, humanitarian and social programmes. It upholds the principles of political and religious tolerance, and universal human rights.
OUZ raises money to help the suffering and needy children in Ukraine, especially victims of the Chornobyl disaster.
